Consultation Call

The journey begins with a conversation! Fill out our contact form or give us a call at 1-866-487-0661. We’ll schedule a time to talk about your upcoming trip. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your group’s goals, preferred dates, budget, and any special requests. This helps us get a clear picture of your vision and what kind of performance and educational opportunities you'd like to include.

Proposal & Itinerary Creation

With the information we gathered via phone or email correspondence, we craft a custom proposal and itinerary including destinations, performances, educational excursions, and more. Both the custom itinerary and proposal will be sent within 1-2 weeks.

Follow-Up and
Book

We’ll be in contact within a week to review the itinerary and proposal. This is to ensure it meets your expectations plus see if any tweaks are needed. We’ll follow up a week later to make the adjustments meet your expectation or confirm the details to book the tour.
